[almighty] CentOS CI infra downtime 10th - 11th Oct 2016

hi guys,

We have a migration happening to move some of the hardware between 2
DC's on the 10th and 11th. During this time the demo.a.i instance will
remain functional, however the ci.centos.org infra will be unavailable,
so we wont be able to do deploys and PR tests.

While the call is for 48 hrs downtime, it might be as little as 6 hrs.
