Can you be more specific? What do you mean overclocking? is it that the RAM 
running at 400MHz? Maybe you need to benchmark for stability like running 
memtest86, for instance, for long enough (several hours) to check for errors.

According to the replies in this thread, it looks like it is a limitation of 
the CPU not the motherboard. Searching the net, I came across few posts 
saying that CPUs revision E or later should work fine with 4 sticks at 
400MHz. So what is your CPU model number and specifications?
