Usage: buildinstall [--comp <component>] [--pkgorder <file>] [--version <version

Should I make pkgorder.txt before run buildinstall or do anything else??

Yes, you need to generate pkgorder.txt before running buildinstall:

PYTHONPATH=/usr/lib/anaconda /usr/lib/anaconda-runtime/pkgorder \
         /work/i386/ i386 > /work/i386/pkgorder.txt
