Was added to glib2 in 2.39. If you're using 2.38 it won't be there.

Added to Wayland quite recently:


Rawhide's libwayland went from 1.3.0 to 1.3.91 on 2013-12-17, so it's a
reasonable bet this was added to Rawhide then.

I guess if I were you I'd just use a mock environment or a VM or a
Docker instance (OO LOOK SHINY) to do this?
