[Ansible-service-broker] Custom Error Messages

Hello,

The following video shows how you can display custom error messages from a
service bundle, in the event of a fatal error.

Basic concept is to write out the error you want displayed to the
termination log, '/dev/termination-log'.

Broker will be able to extract the error and send back to the Service
Catalog.
