Promise partial source driver on a 2.6 kernel?

So has anyone tries the Promise partial source driver on a 2.6 system. Ive
got a Raid 0 drive I need to access in both windows and linux, and use the
promise driver at the moment.

Looking at switching to a 2.6 kernel but need to make sure the driver works.
