RAID 0+1 using 10000rpm and 7200rpm HDD?

You'll have 74GB of RAID0+1 storage which will be as fast as 4x7200rpm HDD 
RAID0+1. I'd recommend changing either pair of hdd's to match the other. 
Which pair to swap depends on your needs - either space or performance.
