2.6.10: dmraid gets mirror on HPT374 assembled wrongly

Just retried the fdisk and checked the syslog.

In addition to the error that dmraid usually reports, fdisk gives an
error if run without the '-l', and there's also a bit in the syslog.

dmraid:
# dmraid -a y
ERROR: dos: reading /dev/mapper/hpt45x_bbdfhdjicg[2]

fdisk:
# fdisk /dev/mapper/hpt45x_bbdfhdjicg
Unable to read /dev/mapper/hpt45x_bbdfhdjicg

syslog:
livecd device-mapper: : unknown target type
livecd
livecd device-mapper: error adding target to table

(one of the syslog messages is blank.)
