Hrm, looks like a ata_piix driver issue.
This needs sorting out first before you can even think about dmraid...

Please notice that dmraid is *not* a kernel module, it is a userpace
tool which needs device-mapper kernel modules such as dm-mod.ko and
dm-mirror.ko.
