Ubuntu's kernel is 2.6.32, and has the module. You could pull the Ubuntu lucid kernel tree, git://kernel.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ubuntu-lucid.git. The module is in the ubuntu sub-directory. You should be able to extract what you need from there. Not sure if it will work with 2.6.33, but its a fair bet that it will.
