Nice .. that's a good summary of the possible ways of dealing with
comments.

It would be possible to add a 'non-disjoint union' operator to the
language, so that you can say 'entry | commented_entry || comment', i.e.
so that the possible overlap between commented_entry and comment doesn't
lead to an error.
