 Again, I designed it to work like autoconf ... so the relerase tarballs
would come with the code, but you might well just have an autogen.sh
that does the right thing in git/whatever.
 But it also is "designed" to work like autoconf in that you have a
package installed locally that you use (in Fedora's case ustr-devel).

 *nods* n/p ... I'm mostly going to be off line from Wednesday anyway,
as I move house ... so I'm not in any rush to have it be merged this
week, just posting it for review :).
