I've now putch this with a small modification to catch things like
(del . (del . store)?)? in the typechecker, since that can never work
properly.

I also pushed all the outstanding lens patches from Raphael and Free,
except for the mysql patch, since that now fails typechecking ;)

With that, there should be no outstanding patches waiting to be applied
- if I missed one, please remind me.
