 yeah my first version went with file, second with location, in the unixy
 sense it is a file, in the grub sense who knows. This stuff is
 unfortunately not documented, the man page doesn't really apply.

 Yes device is in grub.conf. I don't think device.map applies here, this
 directive is telling grub the hd0 or whatever is located in location x in
 the efi table. Here is the e-mail from the grub maintainer from red hat:

 'Yeah, we definitely need to document this better.  Basically, that line
 is telling us that (hd0) is the device that matches HD(...) in the UEFI
 device tree; it's our way of finding the right device during boot up. '

 Whether is should be in device.map or not, the installer for RHEL places
 it in grub.conf. So file, location either way.
