 It comes down to having the same file in multiple places in the tree,
 which has been the case for a while now with the Grub lens.  David?

 A workaround for Puppet users is to set:

 {{{
   lens => "Grub.lns",
   incl => "/boot/grub/grub.conf",
 }}}
