 This test failure is in gnulib, which is included as a build dep inside
 the release.  Try getting a git checkout, updating the gnulib submodule
 and then running "make -C gnulib/tests check".  There might have been some
 changes to gnulib since the version we bundle that fix the issues you're
 seeing.
