The format of the tree is different for AllowUsers, AllowGroups etc, as
the arguments are parsed into individual subnodes. The lens uses a
sequence for each argument (numbered entries), so you want to do this
instead:
set /files/etc/ssh/sshd_config/AllowUsers/1 user
If you have more entries to create, increment the number.
