[Avocado-devel] Quickstart for users to use avocado framework to run existing tests

I'd rather add the missing parts (package dependencies and whatnot) to:

http://avocado-vt.readthedocs.org/en/latest/

Which you can do by editing avocado-vt/docs/source. That is a more
appropriate place than the main avocado documentation.
