[Avocado-devel] Heads up -> avocado/avocado-vt renamed exception class

Hi,

For those pulling avocado-vt from master, please sync avocado as well. 
The avocado-vt merged pull request #342[1] renamed 
exceptions.TestNAError to exceptions.TestSkipError in order to comply 
with the avocado exception class rename in pull request #972[2]
