[Avocado-devel] Wrong subtests.cfg

Hello guys,

thank you for the details, the reproducer was really helpful. I followed 
the path and identified the problem is related to `config_filter` value 
caching. The fix can be found here: 
https://github.com/avocado-framework/avocado-vt/pull/568 If that passes 
all checks we'll include it in the today's release.
