[Avocado-devel] Maintainer nomination for tp-libvirt and avocado-vt

Hi,

As people change in team, new maintainers required for step up on
maintaining avocado-vt/tp-libvirt projects. As tp-libvirt is still growing,
you could find data from past 8 months:

you will find Chunfu have become the top committer on the project and he is
really active.

Kyla have been on both projects for a long time, and she spend a lot of
time coordinate the developing work internally.
Both kyla and chwen are willing to step up on maintainers work and commit
to the projects.
So at here I'm nominating them maintainers as following:

tp-libvirt
