[Avocado-devel] Port python2 avocado-vt project to python3

Dear avocado-vt maintainers,

This is announcement that libvirt QE automation team is launching one program to port avocado-vt project to python 3.
The reason for this is quite known that python2 will not be supported officially in the coming Linux release.

The general requirements for this porting is to enable avocado-vt on python 3.4 while keeping compatible with python 2.7.
