[Avocado-devel] Port python2 avocado-vt project to python3

Hi Xu,

I noticed avocado target is 3.4 from https://github.com/avocado-framework/avocado/blob/master/.travis.yml.
Currently, we just keep consistent with it.

Thanks for your initiative!

My only concern is that I'm not sure whether it means the porting would 
be compatible with python 3.6,
do you have any idea about it?
