Not a problem, just pointing this particular case.

I prefer to have everything on UTC.

Probably, our configuration files would be different. ;)

The users do not always know what they want. ;)

And if this file is gonna be consumed by another component you have to adjust to
this format in a different place, but again, not a big deal.

Again, I'm just trying to bring up all possible corner cases.

I am not against your suggestion.
