[Avocado-devel] Test plan for upcoming release 76.0 - PASS

Hi everyone,

Avocado seems to be in good shape for the 76.0 release.

If there's quorum (>=2) we'll host a release meeting on Monday
(it's a holiday in Brazil, where many of the regular attendants
reside). Invites will be sent shortly.
