[Avocado-devel] New Avocado settings module and Avocado-VT

Hi everyone,

I'd like to bring your attention to:

  https://github.com/avocado-framework/avocado-vt/pull/2623

Which is the Avocado-VT counterpart of:

  https://github.com/avocado-framework/avocado/pull/3944

In the next few weeks, we'll be releasing Avocado 81.0, and with that,
the new settings module will replace the current one.  Please help with
review and testing on the Avocado-VT PR, so that we deliver a stable
81.0 release on both sides.
