[Avocado-devel] Suggest a new maintainer

Hello Lucas, I forgot to reply publicly but I have added her already and replied only to RH guys with a question about their avocado-vt admin as they should have one in order to not to rely on avocado developers... Thank you for looking into this and I'm sorry for not replying publicly.
