NEW glibc for FC2 on Alpha

Hello Arkadiy,

Unfortunatly I have no ftp/web server available - if you have some space 
available on a ftp server I'll try to send packages to you.
I've sent spec files and patches to Mike Barnes and hopefully he will make 
them available soon on his server
