Hi all

I ended up getting a teckram dc-390u3w card but an having a few problems
installation into the LX164 machine was fine and srm dectects it as
abootable card :-)

now I have moved my scsi bus from my old Adaptec 2940A and the new card
is complaing
that there is a parity error, while it worked fine on my old controller.

the device is a ATAbaby stand alone raid unit made by nexsan
(www.nexsan.com) and is a Wide Ultra2 SCSI device
however the card unable to access the device, it has the factory
ultra320 terminator on the end of the bus.
the bus works correctly with the same terminator & cabling on my ultra
SE adaptec unit the bus has simply been moved
from the connector on the old card to the connector on the new card.

any help would be appreciated

I have attached my kernel log below.
