IDE drive problem

Sheesh! I just bought a 200GB EIDE drive for my 164LX box. I've never
installed one on my Alpha. I have it installed on the Master socket on
the motherboard. The cable is connected (I hope correctly). The power
connector is plugged in. Linux doesn't seem to recognize it. I did run
kudzu -p with no help. cat /proc/ide/* below.
