Thank you for info. Do you know does it worth to buy PC133 versus PC100? 
Would it work faster?
Btw, I check archives and saw that somebody sugested you to connect to 
SROM connector (MMJ) and
get some usefull information. Were you able to do that? As I understand 
from spec the SROM connector is used
to load cpu with different bootup code (other than from NVRAM).
Actually, I need to find out that my motherboard actually works 
(although seller told me that it worked before).
Is there any way to do it without memory? The motherboard gave me 5 
beeps when I tried to switch it on first time,
but after I connected keyboard (Digital LKxxx) and video card it keeps 
silence (the keyboard blinks its LEDs than power is
switched on).
