DS20E, Alpha Core 1.0 and CentOS 4.2 installers do not boot

Have you tried to boot with "-flags A" and get to aboot prompt and then 
boot directly from aboot?
Is it possible that somehow ac1 and centos boot images are corrupted?
ac2-qboot1.iso is not very different from ac1/centos in terms of booting.
