Configuring EISA Bus Master on ALPHA using ECU diskette

Hi there,

I am having trouble to configuring the
3Com Etherlink III EISA Bus Master - 3C592-TPO -
on the Alpha Server 2100 (OpenVMS 7.3).
I tried to use the program from the ECU floppy disk:
ECU Diskette V1.11A DEC Alpha for OpenVMS and DIGITAL UNIX
on the ARC firmware unsuccessfully. Error says:

Can't find application text file \serial.TXT

Does anyone know why it gives this error ?
I appreciate any help on this matter.
