Alpha Core 3 is available

The remainder of disk 3 is still coming in, but in about 20 minutes 
there'll be a pretty fast mirror of the ISO images at:

I'm working at a university once more, so I'm managing servers on fast 
connections again.

Cristian, if you're reading this, I'd also like to get rsync access to 
ftp.rdsor.ro, then I can just run a nightly job to keep up to date over 
here.
