XP1000 questions

Hello guys,

Today I received an XP1000 667 to replace my 164LX system and I have a
few questions about it:

First of all, does somebody have the handbook for it in pdf format? HP's
website
(http://h18002.www1.hp.com/alphaserver/workstations/retired/xpseries/xp1000/index.html) is badly broken as the "Documentation" section points to another non-alpha XP1000 system :)

The second question is memory, as I can see in my machine, an XP1000
needs PC100 ECC Buffered (Registered) RAM. As far as I know, the max
amount of RAM such a system can support is 2GB in the total 8 slots,
thus 256MB modules. 
I had a look at eBay for that and I found this:

It looks dirt cheap to me, do you think it would fit?
