alpha: half done futex implementation

Hi,

Attached is a patch to (almost) add native futex support to Alpha.

It doesn't compile...

error: invalid 'asm': operand number out of range

I can't make much sense out of that.

I changed the %4's to %3 as we don't have a %4.

Please review.
