brltty 3.5 pre2 and tieman voyager 44

Hii,

the brltty 3.4 works fine with the tieman voyager 44. I load the usbcore,  
usb-uhci and the brlvger modules.
Now i have compiled the brltty 3.5 pre2 and installed it. i load usbcore  
and usb-uhci (not the brlvger module) and start brltty as follows:

brltty -b vo -d usb

But that did not work.
What is to do?

I also have a plus-box, so that i can switch between  usb and comprot  
connection. The combibraille emulation works fine..
