[links2] new package with TAB support

Hi all,

Just to let you know that Mikulas, the Links2 developper has made some
improvements to links2 again. 
Changes are as follow :

- Tab and Ctrl-tab move to next and previous link. (If there are no frames on
screen, I assume that you have frames already disabled).
- Hotkeys that work only in menu are displayed before each menu item.
- Small fix of placing cursor to textarea fields.
