[links2] new package with TAB support

Hi Nath,
What i can't help wondering is if we disable displaying of frames in
Links2, will it act as it supported frames or as an old browser that
doesn't support frames? Because if it acts as it doesn't support
frames, then there's not much point with the browser since most modern
web pages have frames.
