Is there a program that will translate rtf to xml? I just downloaded a 
large text and  found that it had no paragraph breaks. So my xml2brl  
program proceeds happily until its buffer fills up, then it makes an 
arbitrariy paragraph break, usually in the middle of a word. There is an 
rtf version of this text which presumably has paragraph breaks, along with 
other formatting.
