Greetings,

	I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels like this article is
lacking in fact.  Maybe I'm missing something, or maybe I'm just too
much of a Microsoft developer.  Can someone tell me what it is about
Longhorn that inherently makes it less compliant with WWW standards?
