Hi Scott. I remember having this problem. Seems that I recall the permissions or links needed fixing for /dev/sr0 or sr1 depending on the setup. I had to link scd0 to sr0 and scd1 to sr1. I know this was a problem at one point, and I hope the addition of these links had to do with the abcde problem; I think so. Hth. -- Cheryl
