still trying to transfer files to and from braillelite

well, cat does work to go from the computer to the braillelite. However, 
though stty said my baud rate was 38400, when I changed the braillelite to 
this I got gibberish and/or control characters. the file transfered fine 
when I lowered the braillelite's baud rate to 9600.
