help with better speech

HEllo!
I have gotten emacspeak and eflite to work.
However, I don't like the speech I get from festival lite, and the voice
I get from festival when reading files with the-tts command isn't good.
so, I have decided to use at least festival with mbrola so I get better
speech somewhere.
I plan to use the english database or the male us voices.
how can I change voice in festival?
where do I get festvox voices?
can I use mbrola with flite?
