emacspeak and speech-dispatcher

Can you tell me how many speech synthesizers speech-dispatcher handles?

Returning emacspeak. Do you know where the Viavoice is accessible to download? I was searching it on the IBM's website but I didn't find any file to download. I found there some tools for this speech synthesizer only.
