Installing gnopernicus in Mandrake 9.2

Hi to All
I would know how can I install gnopernicus in Mandrake 9.2, and above all which version do you reccomend?
Another question is: I've a vario display braille, can i use gnopernicus with it?
The last question is: Could you explain with library I must intal before installing
gnopernicus? because I tried to install it but it required several library.
