X emulators?

No, in unix-like systems, the graphical user interface is called X. You run 
a program called an X server that displays stuff on your screen. Well, it 
doesn't matter if that server is running on your machine or some other 
machine out on the network. A program running on one computer can display 
stuff on another computer as long as it has an X server running.

So what you could do is emulate a X server under windows. Windows would do 
the actual display but there's be a program running that translates X 
server commands into Windows display.

That's what I'm looking for.
