Make boot disk with brltty

Hi all,
I'd like to try integrate the brltty support
for an installation disk, like
fedora insaller disk with brltty support.
Is there anybody that indicates the basic steps to create one boot disk.
FOr example I'd like to modify linux rescue cd with brltty support, 
how can I start to do this work?
