configuring gentoo 2004.3

Hi Levi,

The gentoo emacspeak ebuild doesn't include a configuration file.  If you 
want /usr/bin/emacspeak to cause emacspeak to use eflite, then create 
/etc/emacspeak.conf and insert the line
export DTK_PROGRAM=/usr/bin/eflite
