How to make brltty read Chinese uner gnome-terminal?

Mmm, with latest versions of orca and brltty, it shouldn't have to open
libbrlapi.so by hand but directly use the Python bindings. When running
./configure for brltty, do you get the following?

   python-bindings: yes

If not, need to install python-pyrex.
